Last week Nathaniel Heatwole, a junior majoring in political science and physics, admitted to planting box cutters and other illegal items on several Southwest Airlines jetliners. He is now awaiting a trial and is facing up to 10 years in prison. The Guilfordian wanted to know what Guilford students thought of this incident.

“I’m not sure if I agree with what he’s trying to do, but it seems clear to me that he looked out at the world and is trying to make it a better place. So, more power to him.”
