Senate Update

This week at senate, we had the chance to hear from our candidates who are running for student body senate. The candidates include Caleb Anderson and Gerardo Marcos-Ocampo for student body president, Lesly Vasquez for vice president, Celene Warren for secretary, Amaris Clay for treasurer, and lastly Katherine Kane and Elisabeth Marshall for Inter-Club Council chair. Each candidate discussed why they would want to be the position they applied for and what kind of changes they would like to make to benefit Guilford College. Voting for student body senate will occur next week on Monday, April 11 from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., so make sure that you go out and vote.
