The annual Latinx Banquet took place on thurs. Sept. 26, 2017 in the Carnegie room at Hege library. During the opening speech Irving Zavaleta Jimenez ‘08 quoted Cesar Chavez, “This fight is never about grapes or lettuce. It is always about people” which left an impact on the attendees of the banquet.
